Nominations

Before downloading and completing the nomination form, please make sure you have read through the nomination check-list and eligibility criteria. When answering the questions about your nominee, please make sure to align it with the criteria of the award category you are nominating to.

Nominations close COB Friday 14th June 2024.

Late entries will not be accepted.

We encourage you to submit supporting documentation with your nomination.  This may include newspaper clippings, photos, testimonials etc., (copies of original documents are accepted). We also ask that you include a recent photograph of the woman you are nominating. Please send your application, and all supporting documents and photos to the Committee prior to the closing date.

*Please note, submitting this nomination will automatically deem that you have the nominee’s permission to use her photo and bio on the Gladys Elphick website and social media pages.
